The call center relies on the Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) system from 01 Enterprise. We use the most current version SmartCATI - The CATI system provides high level sample management, call scheduling, quota control, disposition monitoring and call management. It allows us to monitor interviewer productivity by phone and computer screen. Our telephone system is compatible with our CATI Web survey software.
Our server provides security and protection for all our data. We have a mirrored back-up server for data protection. On top of the local mirrored data backup, we also provide online back for the data for disaster recovery.
